Founded in the Coachella Valley by Anthony Marino, Phantom Development has been a prominent force in the high-end real estate development and construction market for over 17 years. Anthony's vision and expertise have led to the creation of numerous luxurious residential projects in prestigious communities such as the Vintage Club, Eldorado Country Club, and The Thermal Club.

In 2021, Anthony partnered with Zachary Hanana, a seasoned General Contractor with over 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction. Zach began his career in San Diego, working on notable residential projects in the North County area. Since relocating to the Coachella Valley in 2014, he has managed eight projects in the Madison Club, collaborating with Discovery Builders and catering to top technology, entertainment, and sports personalities.
